Amy and David, also known as the Bales Team, are residents of Cleveland, Tennessee. Together they bring many years of experience in the real estate market. They are members of the National Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors, and River Counties Association of Realtors. They both have earned their GRI designation (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) Amy is a licensed real estate broker and David is licensed as an affiliate broker. They view their business as an opportunity to serve the community by treating each client, whether a buyer or seller, as if they were a member of their own family.

Amy is a lifelong resident of Cleveland. She has been working in real estate since 2000. Her experience is broad, having worked extensively as an agent as well as serving as a managing broker elsewhere for several years. She has served on the MLS Board of Directors and other committees at River counties, and attained a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Covenant College.

David grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee and had a career in the medical field there.  He moved to Cleveland to join Amy in the real estate business in 2011.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree which he earned at Tusculum College in Greeneville, Tennessee.
